Project details, prices, plot sizes, site plans, maps, amenities and distances are given in good faith for general information. They can change without notice and are not an offer or a contract. The only binding terms are those in the booking form, allotment letter, agreement to sell and sale deed signed between you and the seller of the plot.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are indicative per sq. yard rates and exclude stamp duty, registration charges, taxes and any other charges stated in the booking documents. Plot availability changes daily — please confirm with our team before making any decision.

Verify before you buy

Buyers should inspect the approval orders, title documents and approved site plan, and check any RERA registration on the Rajasthan RERA portal, before paying any amount. We are happy to show the originals at our office.

Payments

Make payments only by cheque, demand draft or bank transfer to the account named in your booking documents, and always take a receipt. We never ask for payment to a personal account or through links sent by unknown numbers.

Logos, photographs, site plans, renders and text on this website belong to Govind Sarathi Group or its project partners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
